Steps to follow to order:

• If you come to the product you want to buy and select the quantity and variation features, you can see the price in the upper right part of the screen.
• You can pay for the product you have added to your cart with a credit card or money order payment method.
• After making the payment, you can download the design for the products you have ordered, from the ‘design templates’ screen at the bottom of the product page, and place your designs on it. Or you can leave a note for us to make the designs.
• After you create your order, our graphic designer will contact you for printing approval.
• If you do not have a design you have prepared, you can write ‘I request that the design be made by you’ in the notes section of your order creation process. Our graphic designer will contact you shortly.

After you approve your design, your product will enter the production process and will be delivered to the contracted cargo company on the specified delivery date.

If there is a product that you cannot find on our website, or if you request a higher quantity than the quantity offered, you can request a price quote on our website, our e-mail address (info@istpack.com) or our Whatsapp sales support line (+90 542 353 89). 60) can be requested.

When you come to the payment screen after the basket process, you can proceed by choosing the option of payment by wire transfer. When you choose the wire transfer method, you have to pay at the time of your order.

Payment by Credit Card

When you come to the payment step in the cart process, you can choose the option of payment by credit card. In this step, you need to enter the credit card information you want to use for payment in the relevant fields.

Before adding the product to your cart, if you have made a mistake in the product features you have selected on the product page or if you want to make changes in the variations, you should follow the following situations.

If the Product Is Not in Production:

If your product has not been put into production, you can contact us via our e-mail addresses or contact addresses, or you can cancel your order via the website and create a new order.

If the Product is in Production:

It is not possible to cancel products that are in the production process.

You can cancel the products that are not approved for printing / not going into production.

You can make your cancellation requests by creating a request from our contact numbers or info@istpack.com mail address. After the cancellation is confirmed, your refund will be returned to your credit card or bank account within one week.

When you shop on our website, your products are delivered to you by a contracted cargo company.
The shipping amount is not included in the payment transaction you make during the payment.
For our orders within Istanbul, it belongs to our shipping company.
